Neueda Opens Doors to New Talent

D igital transformation company Neueda has launched its first graduate Tech Academy for applications. Open to graduates from all disciplines, the Neueda Tech Academy seeks to inject fresh talent into the company’s rapidly growing workforce whilst opening up a career in IT to people from a broad range of backgrounds.

Belfast-headquartered Neueda has partnered with the Department for the Economy as part of its Assured Skills programme to deliver the Tech Academy, which will include up to 12 weeks’ IT training for 20 successful applicants at Belfast Metropolitan College.

Participants will work alongside some of Northern Ireland’s best software engineers, servicing Neueda’s wide network of global customers. Following initial training, participants will have the opportunity to interview for a full-time position with the company.

During the training period, each graduate on the programme will receive £150 per week plus travel expenses. Individuals who are then successful in securing a role with the company will be offered a starting salary of between £22,000-24,000 per annum.

Neueda recently announced plans to invest £12million into the creation of 165 new roles and developing its already 250 strong team of software engineers, IT consultants and data engineers.
