Neueda hit the headlines this week when Economy Minister Diane Dodds announced a £20million expansion investment that will create 230 new jobs. It’s news that we’re particularly proud of, especially during these challenging times and a testament to the uninterrupted work we’ve completed for our global public, private sector and Capital Markets clients during the lockdown.
That’s not to say that the past six months haven’t been a challenge for both our clients and us as we’ve readjusted to new ways of working and alternative project delivery methods. However, our commitment to agile working has helped us remain on-track, ensuring our staff have been able to work from home in full capacity successfully.
This investment, with a new offer of £2.2 million from Invest Northern Ireland, means we can continue our expansion and create new jobs that will contribute over £10million in additional salaries for the local economy. These new roles will include software engineers, digital transformation professionals, cloud solutions experts and increased sales capabilities.
COO Paddy O’Hagan said: “Belfast has always been central to our vision to significantly grow our global customer base. As a hub for exceptionally talented tech professionals and with the ongoing advice and support from Invest Northern Ireland, we’re confident we can achieve our ambitious growth strategy and drive sales in the US, GB, mainland Europe and eventually into Asian markets.”
Since Neueda was founded in 2006, we’ve grown from SME to a large-scale organisation that was featured on the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 list, and we’re not about to stop there. Watch this space or, better still, join our team on this exciting journey.
