Approach
Audit Review A review is performed of the current status of test ability and coverage. We deliver a detailed report identifying the scope of testing required and the risk-based priority of each area based on our deep experience of testing a full range of technology solutions from front-end business rule intensive applications to high performance server side platforms and systems.
Strategy and Planning Our experienced Test Consultants identify the optimal Test Strategy for the project and produce detailed Project Plans identifying the resources, timelines, pre-requisites and interdependencies to enable successful testing and sign-off.
Training We provide training to our client's test resources to enable them to mobilise and become effective immediately. This training ranges from general ISEB certification to bespoke training in techniques and tools specific to the project in hand (see Services / Training).
Coaching and Mentoring Our experienced consultants provide full coaching and mentoring to our client's test team to enable them to become totally self sufficient in the techniques and utilities that are being used throughout the testing.
Resourcing If clients desire we provide expert resources to either supplement their test team or take full responsibility for delivering the test functions as part of a programme or project.
