Approach
Audit Review A review of the current status of the processes and infrastructure in place for the effective management and governance of projects is performed. This review can focus on the high level governance procedures and reporting strategies or on the actual methodologies and approaches used to implement projects of any size.
Strategy and Planning Our experienced Project/Programme Managers identify the most optimal strategy for increasing the effectiveness of the management of projects within our clients organisation whether that is focused on new projects going forward or for rescuing existing projects or tightening up areas of governance and control.
Training We provide training to our client's management resources to enable them to mobilise and become effective immediately in the techniques and toolsets required to deliver successful projects. This training ranges from CMMI, Prince II and ITIL training and certification to focused training on certain vital areas such as Estimation or Change Control (see Services / Training).
Coaching and Mentoring Our experienced consultants provide full coaching and mentoring to our client's management teams to enable them to become totally self sufficient in the techniques and utilities that are being used to drive successful projects.
