Approach

Audit Review A review of the high level project mandate/charter or high level business objective is performed. The review focuses on how much information about any existing processes are in place, the level of corporate standards and institutionalised memory that exists and what level of expertise and knowledge to help identify the new most effective solution is available.

Strategy and Planning Our experienced team of Business Analysts identify the optimal strategy for defining the current business processes and environment and what is required to identify the new, most effective operational model. The Strategy is then used to produce a full Definition Phase Project Plan identifying the resources, timelines, pre-requisites and interdependencies to enable the successful definition of the new working model.

Training We provide training to our client's analysis resources to enable them to mobilise and become effective immediately in the techniques and toolsets required to deliver the Definition Phase of a programme/project. This training ranges from formal ISEB certification training to specific training in Requirements Gathering and Process Modelling techniques and tools (see Services / Training).

Coaching and Mentoring Our experienced consultants provide full coaching and mentoring to our client's analysis teams to enable them to become totally self sufficient in the techniques and utilities that are being used throughout the project.

Resourcing If clients desire we provide expert resources to either supplement their analysis team or take full responsibility for delivering the business analysis and process modelling requirements.
