Audit Review A specialist review of the current status of the data footprint within an organisation is performed. This identifies the sources and owners of data, the quality and cleanliness of the data, the target uses of the data and the sensitivity of each data set.
Strategy and Planning Our experienced Data Consultants identify the optimal strategy for enabling each data set to be utilised to fulfill the end business goals. This involves identifying the amount of cleaning, transformation and matching that may be needed and the techniques and tools that should be used. A full Data Project Plan is produced identifying the resources, timelines, pre-requisites and interdependencies to enable the successful delivery of the Data requirements.
Training We provide training to our client's Data resources to enable them to mobilise and become effective immediately in the techniques and toolsets required to deliver the Data requirements for a project. This training ranges from current and legacy database technology skills, scripting skills, reporting and data description skills to specific training on data cleaning and matching products and techniques (see Services / Training).
Coaching and Mentoring Our experienced consultants provide full coaching and mentoring to our client's Data teams to enable them to become totally self sufficient in the techniques and utilities that are being used throughout the Data project.
Resourcing If clients desire we provide expert resources to either supplement their Data team or take full responsibility for delivering the Data project.
