Jill is a Chartered IT Professional and has worked in the Software Industry for over 20 years. She is an experienced software consultant with a proven track record of achievement in demanding situations. Jill holds an Honours Degree in Technology.

Jill has established an excellent reputation both as a trainer, in all aspects of Software Engineering, and as a Consultant who has guided many companies through the complexities of Software Process Improvement projects that provided tangible benefits to the business.

Jill has a special interest in Cultural Change within Organisations and uses her knowledge, and experience, to guide clients through complex change projects.

Specific experience includes; Training development and delivery, Business Process Improvement, Change Management, Quality System implementation, IT Service Management, Programme and Project Management. Clients include Hibernian, Serco, and Fujitsu.
