Neil McQuillan has extensive IT experiencewith almost 30 years working in technical, consulting and management roles. He has worked in the financial, retail, pharmaceutical, industrial and government sectors with major institutions in Europe, Africa, America and the Middle East.

Neil has led, and worked upon, major projects across these sectors. He has gained specialist knowledge in both Data and Platform Migrations, being a key member of a team set up to produce language and platform migration technologies. He held the key lead role in many large-scale migrations for major corporations.

During his career Neil has gained wide-ranging knowledge of effective software development strategies and has led the technical development of a multi-function programmer workbench deployed for both the resolution of the Y2K problem and re-engineering projects. In addition he was a key member of the core design team brought together to develop tools and processes to facilitate the integration of legacy systems with emerging technologies, and has worked on full lifecycle software development projects for a number of clients.
