Project Title: Information System Branch: IT Solution Delivery Improvement Programme
Value: To increase the level of interaction and partnership with Business Customers through the delivery of appropriate solutions on time.
To develop a delivery capability based on effective system design and efficient implementation using MS .NET and MS SQL Server.
To reduce the delivery effort associated with each solution through better use of resources and re-usable .NET components and frameworks
To reduce the post implementation support effort associated with each solution through the delivery of better structured code and thorough testing.
Objective: Introduce formal Project and Operational Management processes.
Introduce formal Enterprise, Solution and Technical Architect processes and standards.
Introduce formal Development processes and standards.
Solution: Neueda’s team consisted of Project Managers, Developers, Architects and Test Professionals who worked with Department of Agriculture staff and their Internal and External Customers/Suppliers to create and implement the required processes and standards, while at the same time ensuring that appropriate Enterprise Components were identified, designed, delivered and re-used.
