Project Title: Induction & Training of 100 New Hires
Objective: Fidelity Investments is an international provider of financial services and investment resources that help individuals and institutions meet their financial objectives.
Today, they manage more than 300 Fidelity mutual funds, and offer brokerage services, retirement services, estate planning, wealth management, securities execution and clearance and life insurance. They are committed to continuous improvement, state-of-the-art technology and peerless customer service.
Every year they recruit the best technology and business graduates from colleges & universities throughout the United States, and they work with Neueda to ensure these new hires are ready to join and immediately contribute to business units.
Solution: Neueda designed a 10-week training and assessment program for Fidelity graduates that combined the following components
- Training on in house Fidelity standards, processes and tools
- Advanced training on the latest Java & Web Services techniques for software engineers
- Advanced training on business & systems analysis techniques for system analysts
- On-going assessments to help track each students progress through the programme
- Practical case-studies & project work where the students applied the classroom concepts to real world problems
