Value: Shop Direct Group are the largest home shopping company in the UK and are the fastest growing e-tailer in Europe. Currently they are expanding beyond the UK to deliver to all countries in Europe and recently purchased the Woolworths brand name.
Objective: Managing the transformation of the call centre platform to meet the goals of company to become the number one e-tailer in Europe.
Solution: Neueda provided the business analysis, technical expertise and management focus to support the merger between Littlewoods and Shop Direct.
The selected target operating environment for the combined group utilized the CRM framework Chordiant with the challenge to provide a flexible solution which could quickly absorb new brands, Neueda was able to meet this challenge and ensured that the all core business functions where delivered.
Using methods such as Object Oriented Analysis and Design for documenting and modeling requirements, our business analysts produced Use Case Models, Class Diagrams and Process Flows to communicate business processes to the client in a language that was easily understood.
