Project Title: Implementation of Virtual Network Operator

Value: To allow one of the UK & Ireland’s largest mobile telecommunications providers to retain market growth position and increase wholesale revenue, through allowing new mobile providers to be introduced onto their network at minimal cost.

Objective: Implement a system and business processes that will allow the network operator to offer hosting services to high-value prepaid customers and other mobile providers.
Ability to be connected and operational within a short period of time to sell their own services and tariff offerings.

Solution: Neueda provided the business analysis for the complete project including: 

  • Collection and collation of business requirements from all functional areas
  • Working with the project team, the business units and third party vendors to define the project requirements during the feasibility phase of the project
  • Co-ordination and management of subject matter experts (Internal and External) to assist in the definition and translation of functional requirements
  • Creation of Use Case diagrams and specifications for use by developers and testers
  • Review of  System and User Acceptance Test cases to ensure complete test coverage
  • Supporting developers, testers and  business areas during the project lifecycle
