Project Title: Billing Replacement Project

Objective: To implement new wholesale/retail billing and inventory management solutions and integrate with legacy CRM and reporting applications.

Solution: Neueda provided business analysis and project management for the complete project including:

  • Collection and collation of business requirements from all functional areas for Inventory, Network Provisioning, Repairs, Tariff Definition and Security elements of the project.
  • Working with the project team, the business units and third party vendors to define the project requirements during the feasibility phase of the project
  • Co-ordination and management of subject matter experts (Internal and External) to assist in the definition and translation of functional requirements
  • Creation of Use Case diagrams and specifications for use by developers and testers
  • Assisting with solution design of new billing and inventory solutions and the changes to the legacy infrastructure.
  • Assisting with Data Mapping for migration phase.
  • Project management of third party vendors impacted by the introduction of the new solutions.
  • Definition of new business processes and work instructions for all business units.
