Building Something Special

It’s no secret that culture is the DNA or the finger print of every organisation.  Whilst culture can be similar to other companies, ours is distinct. This perhaps goes some way to explain why Neueda recently received a ‘Great Place’ to Work award [May 2017]. 

In my opinion, Neueda’s is pretty special! What makes us truly unique are our values and behaviours – our culture of shared values and beliefs, our collective personality.  Our culture defines how we interact with one and other and how we interact with our partners, clients and suppliers. 

Our culture is the foundation that enables us to inspire, motivate and engage our people.  It is also fundamental in continuing to attract, recruit, hire and retain the highest level of talent.  A culture which is built on our values provides the platform for wellbeing and engagement to flourish throughout the company.  Our culture involves honest and open communication – no one person has the right answer.  As an organisation, we want all voices and opinions to be heard, everyone’s view has value and a place!
